Discover Sobaie
The Sobaie from Domaine Villa Noria are made from grape juice bases (white, red, rosé). The goal is to extract the unique aromas of each grape variety. A kombucha mother culture is added to ferment with the grape juice; as the gas builds up and cannot escape, the drink gradually becomes naturally sparkling. This is how we create our naturally sparkling fermented beverage.

White Sobaie
Infused with white grapes, it has a delicate and refined base. Fruity notes follow, reminiscent of ripe fruits’ sweetness, along with floral nuances evoking a bouquet of fresh flowers.

Sobaie Rosé
A very light rosé with notes of red fruits and citrus. It has a slightly tangy character. Its flavors are close to those of red wine, offering a complexity and depth sure to delight lovers of refined beverages.

Red Sobaie
Made from red grapes, it features aromas of red and black fruits. These complex fruity notes blend harmoniously, creating a tasting experience reminiscent of red wine.
