The Levin 0% range was launched last December. The result of three years of research by Fabien Gross and Cédric Arnaud, it allows them to produce a naturally alcohol-free drink using organic grapes. “Alcohol-free wines, I think they’re a bit of a hobby of mine,” smiles Fabien Gross. This Alsatian, a trained oenologist, has just launched a brand new range, Levin 0%, with his partner Cédric Arnaud, made from the organic vines of their estate, Villa Noria, in Montagnac.
