The Sobaie from Domaine Villa Noria are made from grape juice (white, red, rosé). The aim is to extract the aromas specific to each grape. The addition of a kombucha mother will ferment with the grape juice, the gas accumulates but does not escape, the drink then gradually becomes naturally sparkling. This is how we obtain a naturally sparkling fermented drink.

Sobaie Blanc
Infused with white grapes, giving it a delicate and refined base. Added fruity notes, reminiscent of the sweetness of ripe fruit, as well as floral nuances that evoke a bouquet of fresh flowers.
Very light rosé with notes of red fruits and citrus. Has a more tangy side. Its flavors are similar to those of red wine, with a complexity and depth that will delight lovers of refined drinks.
Made from red grapes, it has aromas of red and black fruits. These complex fruity notes blend harmoniously, creating a taste experience reminiscent of red wine
The story of Villa Noria began in 2010, when four friends passionate about wine decided to create their own winery. All from the winemaking world, they pooled their skills to make their dream come true.
