A strong and sincere social commitment

At Villa Noria, we believe that the success of a winery goes far beyond the quality of its wines. It is built on a responsible, committed approach focused on society and our environment. Discover our sincere commitment to a fairer and more respectful future.

ED&I: Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Proud of our HVE certification (High Environmental Value), we affirm our strong commitment to preserving nature while promoting a more equitable society. This official recognition highlights our CSR approach, combining environmental respect and social responsibility. To this end, we have initiated a CSR certification based on the "Committed Winemaker" standard (aligned with ISO 26000). One of our most meaningful commitments is our partnership with ESAT CATAR in Pézenas, a sheltered work establishment. Thanks to this collaboration, people with disabilities participate in the manufacturing of our knots for the Amfora label. This demanding work carries great meaning, bringing a human and solidarity dimension to each bottle. This label, recognized by the State, concretely embodies our commitment to inclusion. Unlike the organic label, which focuses mainly on the environment, the HVE label also values the social and inclusive dimension of our approach.

Diversity: a strength at the heart of our vineyard

At Domaine Villa Noria, we know that each individual is unique. We are actively committed to diversifying our teams by collaborating with various organizations. We promote gender parity and support the integration of young people through internships and apprenticeship contracts. Diversity is for us a source of innovation, creativity, and strength, essential to the quality and authenticity of our work. Domaine Villa Noria: a responsible vineyard, an inclusive passion. More than just a winery, we carry a human and supportive adventure. Every commitment we make helps build a more equitable future, where each bottle tells a story of passion, inclusion, and respect. Join us in this authentic approach and be part of a meaningful project.
