Amfòra, notre vin de macération, se distingue par sa robe orange aux reflets cuivrés et son profil aromatique singulier. On y retrouve des notes délicates de fleurs, dominées par la rose, le coing et la pomme. En bouche, l’attaque est suave et fraîche, avec une belle harmonie entre les arômes floraux et fruités. La finale révèle une légère amertume, portée par des tanins subtils, qui apporte une sensation de tension et prolonge la fraîcheur.

Orange color with amber highlights. On the nose, intense aromas of citrus, lychee, and candied lemon, complemented by a beautiful minerality that lightens the palate. On the palate, surprising notes of anise, ginger, and coriander seeds unfold. The finish is very delicate, fresh, smooth, and brioche-like. Explosive in its aromatic profile, lively bubbles, and light mousse.
