Dressed by a deep and hypnotic ruby color, La Noria Merlot reveals a complex nose with spicy and fruity notes. On the palate, red fruits, vanilla and chocolate aromas are full of flavors. Elegant and charming wine, softy tannins give a fruity feel.
WINE-MAKING & AGEING
Traditional vini cation. Short maceration of seven days for one part of the wine, and for the other part, use of thermovinication to extract fruits and colors. Ageing in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks in contact with french oak staves during 4 months.
