The founders of the estate

Behind each lot, there is a vision, a passion, and faces: those of the estate's founders.

Winemaker & œnologist founder

Fabien Gross

His passion for oenology was born during his biology studies in Colmar. He continued his education with a national diploma in oenology and a master's degree in international wine and spirits trade.

His academic background is further enhanced by holding the London Wine Spirit & Education Trust diploma, and he is currently on track to earn the prestigious Master of Wine title, a major distinction in the wine world.

For Fabien, the Villa Noria journey represents an opportunity to put into practice the knowledge he has gained over 30 years of experience, adopting a nature- and environmentally-friendly approach.

Founder & viticulturist

Cédric Arnaud

A winemaker since the age of 20, he began his journey alongside his grandfather with a few hectares of vineyards.

A great enthusiast, he studied viticulture and earned a BTS Viti-Oeno diploma. Always seeking new experiences, he isn’t afraid to put them into practice, whether working independently or collaborating with other partners.

His commitment to Villa Noria is unwavering. He believes that organic farming should not be an end in itself, but rather an essential starting point.
