Les Colombiers is a unique terroir perfectly suited to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The volcanic soil (Black Basalt) gives the wines complexity, minerality and freshness. The rich, cool soil allows the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes to ripen slowly. Burgundy grape varieties resulting from a massal selection of old vines.

La Peyrière is a unique terroir on limestone-clay soil that is perfectly suited to Sauvignon Blanc, but also to the Cinsault and Grenache gris grapes that make up the rosé wine. Fossils such as large fossilised oysters (Ostrea crassissima) can be found on this terroir of marine origin. The Chapelle de la Peyrière de Montagnac overlooks the vineyard and the estate. This unique soil gives the wines their fine floral and mineral notes.

>

La Serre is a unique terroir of red ochre earth with very mineral soil. The vineyard is located on the highest part of the slopes of the Picpoul de Pinet appellation overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. This proximity to the coast provides sea breezes during the grape ripening period, limiting temperature rises and ensuring stability. This unique terroir produces great wines with plenty of freshness, distinguished from lowland Picpouls by their floral and mineral notes.

>

La Pierre Plantée is a stony plateau of clay-limestone and Villafranchian gravel. Cabernet Sauvignon is perfectly suited to this terroir, which produces dense, silky, fresh wines. The old vines in this vineyard are on average over 30 years old. The wines have exceptional ageing potential (over 15 years).

Amfòra, an Occitan name meaning “Amphora,” is the range of natural and Pet Nat wines vinified in terracotta amphorae. The vineyard is located at the foot of an ancient Roman oppidum where remains of Roman and Greek amphorae can still be found today. An ancient vinification method in amphorae, the grapes are macerated for several months, then aged in terracotta amphorae, whose porosity provides regular oxygenation and rounds out the tannins.

Basic Instinct, the natural expression of the Villa Noria vineyard, a blend of our flagship grape varieties. A range of Natural and Sparkling Natural (Pet’ Nat’) wines from Villa Noria. Naturally vinified with the grape’s native yeasts, without sulfites or wood. The goal was to rediscover the most natural and authentic Instinct of wine. The vineyard, naturally resistant to disease, is surrounded by trees and hedges (agroforestry), providing a beautiful biodiversity.

Villa Noria’s Infusions is a range of natural wines and Natural Sparkling Wines (Pet’ Nat’) vinified naturally with indigenous grape yeasts, without sulfites or wood. Produced through gentle, short macerations (hence the word “Infusion”), the wines are elegant, lighter in alcohol, and with supple tannins. These digestible, easy-to-drink wines will accompany your aperitifs and meals.

Our approach is the most purist and the most natural, making a Pet’Nat’ with barrel fermentation without filtration or disgorging. Villa Noria explores and innovates new formats for its products. It took us many months of work to achieve a large format version of our current Pet’Nat’ Blanc de noir infusions. The result is a nose of citrus and white fruits. Fine and airy bubbles with a brioche finish. Its large size is ideal for serving by the glass or as a cocktail during events.

It is at the end of autumn that the harvest of the 13 late grape varieties begins. From these advanced ripe clusters, still garnished with grain full of sugar, was born our diamond 13, the nectar of Villa Noria, a wine of pleasure, fine and elegant. Which evokes the sweetness of the traditional thirteen Christmas desserts. Yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose notes of citrus, passion fruit and candied fruit (quince, lemon). Gourmet, fruity and lively on the palate.
