Fabien Gross et Cédric Arnaud, tous deux propriétaires de Villa Noria ont investi cette année dans de nouvelles cuves afin de créer la première cuverie dédiée à la fermentation controlée sans alcool biologique au monde.
Cet investissement nous permettra de proposer des boisson sans alcool bio d’une qualité supérieure grâce au contrôle plus conséquent de la fermentation non alcoolique, procédé mis au point par notre oenologue et propriétaire du Domaine, Fabien Gross.
